How to delete your HWA account
You can delete your HWA account at any time.
From the app
Open the HWA app → Settings → Delete my account, then complete the slide-to-confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery window.
If you can't access the app
Email privacy@acivem-solutions.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
What is deleted
Your profile, all your center enrollments, your children's records and any board photos attached to them, your private board notes and images, your devices, and your login. This cannot be undone.
What is retained
Content you shared with your class — shared board notes, shared classroom-board photos, and homework threads with their attachments — stays visible to other parents, re-attributed to "[deleted user]". It no longer belongs to you.
Server logs, security data, and backup copies may persist for up to ninety (90) days after deletion before they age out on their normal retention cycle. Records that form part of an educational center's institutional record are retained by the center as data controller.
